At present,by constructing the public transportation system based on the rail transit network, the attraction of public transportation to passenger flow is improved,so as to relieve the road traffic pressure. However, with the increasing passenger flow attracted by the metro, the pressure on the metro station is also gradually increasing. At present, complicated transfer and congestion at some nodes of the station during rush hours have appeared, which have brought great inconvenience to both passengers and operating companies. Therefore,in order to improve the service level of the metro station and enhance the anti-risk ability of the metro station,it is necessary to expand and transform the existing station facilities. In order to cooperate with the feasibility study of the plan,it is also necessary to analyze the passenger flow of the station.Firstly, this paper investigates the service characteristics and pedestrian flow characteristics of the facilities in urban rail transit transfer stations, taking the actual passenger flow data as the research data, the service characteristics of the facility are studied to provide the basic theoretical basis for the evaluation of the service level of the facility.Based on the actual data, the service capacity of all the facilities of the metro transfer station is calculated, and then the overall service capacity of the whole transfer station is calculated,so as to determine the overall service level of the transfer station.Secondly, determine the attracting range of metro transfer station, and distinguish the attracting range of transfer station and station, travel volume was predicted by the number of employment posts and population. The direct estimation model based on multiple regression analysis is used to predict the passenger flow. The generalized cost model is used to simulate the passenger choice of transportation mode in the traffic district, calculate the proportion of each traffic mode, and predict the passenger flow of each station. Then,by analyzing the basic characteristics of the metro interchange station facilities and the behavior characteristics of the passengers passing through, the bottlenecks of the transfer stations are classified, and the static bottleneck of the transfer station is analyzed by the constraint theory(TOC),and the metro in Xi’an is used. The station and the second bottle of the interchange station North Street Station carry out the static bottleneck and dynamic bottleneck identification of the station, and verify with the actual congestion point to provide a basis for the station bottleneck solutionFinally, through the analysis of the urban space form, rail transit network characteristics and traffic characteristics of Xi ’an,according to the economic level and traffic volume of Xi ’anand other statistical data,AnyLogic is used to predict the passenger flow demand for the expansion and reconstruction of Xi ’an metroNorth Street Station, providing a theoretical basis for improving the service level of the metro station.
