Study On The Characteristics And Planning Strategy Of Green Space In The Periphery Of Yulin

The green space around the city is an integral part of the urban green space.It is different from the characteristics of the general urban green space,which provides a new breakthrough for solving urban environmental problems.From the perspective of the convergence of benefit evaluation and spatial planning,this paper builds a benefit evaluation index system for urban green space.On this basis,the evaluation indicators are transferred to the translation of urban planning strategy indicators to construct a corresponding urban and rural planning response strategy system.From the perspective of planning and regulation,the convergence of land and resources survey and evaluation and spatial planning provides new dimensions and methods for the realization of ecological land construction in the green space around the city.Firstly,the paper takes the green space around Yulin as the research object,and deeply analyzes and defines the connotation of green space benefit from the perspective of functional value.Based on this,the first-level classification of evaluation indicators is constructed,and a set of 13 secondary levels is constructed.An indicator system for the evaluation of indicators.Based on this evaluation index system,the ecological value equivalent factor method and other quantitative analysis methods combined with qualitative analysis are used to comprehensively evaluate the benefits of green space around Yulin.According to the evaluation results,the characteristics of green space around Yulin are summarized.Secondly,through the combing of the evaluation indicators,the evaluation indicators are converted into planning strategy indicators,and the conversion of the evaluation system and the urban-rural planning system indicators point-to-point is completed.The converted scatter-type urban-rural planning response strategy is then classified into the corresponding level of urban-rural planning and the corresponding technical sub-systems such as land use,landscape green space planning,environmental protection,economic industry,and road traffic.To achieve the interface between the benefit evaluation element system and the urban and rural planning technology system.Finally,through the analysis of the planning technology subsystem and the planning control level that the planning strategy indicators deal with,a set of top-down three-level planning response strategy system is obtained: from the planning implementation level to the urban and rural planning technical subsystem to the specific planning strategy.Indicators.Finally,the specific green space planning response strategy for the periphery of Yulin was proposed.
