With the development of smart cities,the informationization and technology of urban transportation is also constantly improving.Taxi is equipped with GPS terminal equipment,recording a large amount of traffic trajectory data.A large number of valuable information can be analyzed through data mining.This thesis designs and implements extended operating time system of night bus in Yinchuan City.Finding out the gathering place of citizens in the evening by mining and analyzing the travel data of taxis and improve the utilization rate of public transportation in the evening by making corresponding matches with the bus lines.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Completing the pre-processing of the data,extracting the bus station table,bus route table and taxi travel table from the source database to the target database,and periodically updating when generating incremental data and completing the synchronization of incremental data.(2)Conducting a taxi travel situation analysis,converting the data of the passenger status into the taxi loading and unloading data,and analyzing the data.According to the latitude and longitude coordinates of the taxi passengers' pick-up and drop-off points,data is divided into different types of areas.At the same time,according to different working days and time periods,the citizens' night travel patterns are found.(3)Conducting the analysis on the heat value of the bus station.By using the coordinates of the bus station as the training data,the coordinates of the taxi pick-up and drop-off points as the test data,the KNN model is applied to calculate the nearest bus stop for each pick-up and drop-off point,and label it with the heat value.(4)Carrying out the analysis on the extended operation time of the bus line.Through extending the operation time of each bus line,the KNN algorithm can calculate the heat value of the currently operated bus station,calculate the coverage rate of each line,and select the bus line with the highest coverage rate.In the manner of visualization,data results analyzed and processed by the system can be shown.The operation time of bus lines that has been extended can cover most hotspots,so the system has a good practical effect.
