With the rapid development of the urban economy, the problem of traffic congestion has become increasingly serious.Under the background of the continuous growth of motorization, the share of public transport travel has shown a downward trend year by year. The increasing traffic pressure has made the commuting time of urban residents gradually increase.Despite metro is a large-volume and fast mode, the high construction cost and operating cost have made many small and medium-sized cities unable to choose. Therefore, how to find the existing potential demand and attract other transportation modes of commute passengers is particularly important.Considering the relative stability of commute passengers during travel time and travel space,Express Bus is undoubtedly a good choice to effectively serve medium and long distance commute passengers.Based on Changzhou residents' travel survey data and IC card data, this paper analyzed the characteristics of commuting demand from the perspective of time distribution, spatial distribution and mode distribution, and compares the differences among different modes of transportation. On the basis of grasping the commuting demand, the travel intention survey of large station express line was designed, and the SPSS software was used for Logistic regression to construct the travel mode transfer model. In this paper,a combined scheduling model of express line and full-journey bus is constructed from the two aspects of the shortest travel time of commuter passengers and the lowest operating cost of bus companies, and the model was solved by genetic algorithm. In the case study, this paper selects Changzhou no.2 bus as the actual research object, the travel transfer model was applied to obtain the new bus public transport demand. And this paper applies it into the combined scheduling model to solve the problem. The results show that the scheme considering the site imbalance and OD passenger flow imbalance is most effective.
