With the rapid development of the express logistics industry,the express orders has maintained a high growth rate.However,one-time packaging is used widely in the current express industry.The resulting waste of resources and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.In recent years,as the information technology has been developped quickly,the Internet of Things has gradually entered the people's daily life.Smart logistics with IoT technology have become an important development direction of express logistics enterprises.This paper combines the theme of green logistics and smart logistics,and study the design and application of the intelligent shared express package.On the one hand,the intelligent shared express package can save resources and protect the environment through recycling.On the other hand,using express packaging as an IoT terminal can improve logistics efficiency and service quality.This paper analyzed the development background of intelligent shared express package by looking up statistical data,summarizing reference cases,policy research and literature reading.Then necessity and feasibility were tried to be demonstrated.After argumentation,it was believed that developing the intelligent shared express package is necessary and feasible.Next,this paper carried out the basic design,concentrating on the core product positioning,from outline to detail,for the intelligent shared express package.The design process has taken the versatility and the specificity into account.The combination of the inverse method and the top-down design method was used to design the specifications.And a series of specifications was worked out.Based on the technical scheme comparison,three functional combination schemes were worked out,as the result of intelligentialize design.Then this paper also designed the intelligent shared express package in depth from the perspective of safety and reliability.Through analysis,comparison and scheme innovation,this paper designed the mechanism for anti-theft & anti-lost,shock absorption & resistance,and power supply reliability.For the effect of packaging drop shock buffer of different schemes,virtual experiment was designed to make the comparison.A virtual experiment example was done with SolidWorks 3D design software and Abaqus finite element analysis software to verify the experimental ideas.After that,this paper studied the sharing pattern of the intelligent shared express package.Main contradictions were analyzed.It was believed that the intelligent shared express package needs to deal with two key points of cost and convenience in order to be widely accepted.By scene analysis and pattern innovation,a recycling scheme was developed,different recycling operation patterns were compared,and the improvement of turnover efficiency was also studied from the perspective of informatization and maintenance support.The paper also studied the reverse logistics.Considering the time window,taking the lowest cost as the goal,a mathematical model was established to solve the optimal working path of multiple vehicles.The genetic algorithm was also used to solve the example and verify the model.Finally,this paper discussed the popularization and promotion methods of the intelligent shared express package from the three concepts of centralized scale,political & business support,and people-oriented.By these studies,the development path in the future of the intelligent shared express package is explored.It lays a theoretical foundation for its practical manufacture and application.
