| As the city scale growing,metro become the backbone of urban public transit gradually.Meanwhile however,ground bus’ s position is becoming hazy,especially the few attention on short-range trips in central city.This causes the low service level of some ground bus and part of metro sections.How to build a rounded system of public transit and reach well-performed service level for urban short-range trips is an urgent problem for city public transport manager.This paper raised a workable and convincing model for community bus planning based on metro data,First,the attributes and function of community bus was discussed in this paper,pointed out the difference in function between itself and other types of bus and metro,explained the attributes of community bus in detail,and gave some existing community bus examples and its purpose.Then,this paper discuss the time and space distribution of total flow and shortrange flow on the metro network based on real AFC data of Nanjing metro.Analysis was deducted in three type of days: weekdays,weekends and vocations.Result showed that short-range flow on the metro network was large-scaled,time-gathered and space gathered.After the discuss of short-range trip attributes,the feasibility and necessity of community bus to replace metro work was stated.Then,a Heuristics community bus planning model was built along with its resolution,to minimize the total of citizen travel cost and running corporation cost as planning target,model includes planning area selecting,route generating,bus stop location and Operation strategy making.Finally,the raised model was applied to real area of central Nanjing(GulouShanghai Rd),based on drivable road network and history metro data.The result shows that the raised model can reduce the walking time and total travel for short-range trip citizen. |
