With the continuous development of China's market economy,the people's living standard is increasing and the demand for small household appliances is becoming more and more large.The small household appliance industry in China has also developed rapidly.A batch of small household appliances manufacturing enterprises,such as the United States,Joyoung,and Joyoung,have emerged from the original brand and patent technology.FLYCO and so on,A small household appliances manufacturing company also stand out,but with the opening of the WTO and the competition of international brands,the competition of the small household appliances manufacturing industry in China is becoming increasingly fierce,and the problems of lower Maori and disordered competition have become the biggest hindrance to the development of small household electrical appliances enterprises.Fierce competition in the industry has also led to a continuous decline in the profit level of A small household electrical appliance manufacturing companies.It is urgent to find a suitable development strategy for A small household electrical appliance manufacturing companies.Based on the above situation,this paper makes an in-depth study on the development strategy of A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises.On the premise of combing the domestic and foreign related research status and its achievements,this paper chooses the basic theory and method of strategic management to carry out an example analysis on the development strategy of A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises.First,the development and current situation of A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises are expounded,and the macro environment of A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises is clearly defined by PEST analysis,and the five force model analysis method is used to clarify the competitive environment of the A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,through SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises are clearly defined,and the alternative strategy for the development of A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises is obtained through the SWOT matrix analysis.According to the actual development of A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises,the alternative development strategy is carefully selected.Finally,the target agglomeration strategy is adopted as its development strategy,and its adaptability is analyzed in order to ensure the agreement of the target aggregation strategy and the company.Finally,the strategy implementation and safeguard measures of A small household appliances manufacturing company are put forward.It is believed that the target aggregation strategy of A small household appliances manufacturing enterprises should be implemented by focusing on the "advantage products",the differentiation strategy to improve the competitiveness of the agglomeration products and improving the production efficiency,and to train the corporate culture supporting the company strategy and strengthen the strategic organization.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of its strategy,four aspects of construction guarantee,improvement of the level of human resources planning and reasonable strategic regulation will be provided to help the development of A small household appliances manufacturing company.
