The main function of the central air conditioning system is to regulate the temperature and humidity in the building and the comfort in the newspaper building.In modern commercial buildings,the height of the building is getting higher and higher,and the building is increasingly dependent on ventilation and air conditioning.At the same time,the energy consumption of central air-conditioning systems has become a major energy consumer in commercial real estate development and operation.With the continuous adjustment of the national energy policy,many developers pay more attention to the energy-saving control of central air-conditioning.This paper will analyze the energy consumption of central air conditioning in water system with the completed commercial building as an example,and optimize its system control strategy.The central air conditioning system mainly consists of the following key equipment and core systems: refrigeration chillers,refrigeration,cooling water circulation systems,and terminal air treatment systems.Firstly,it is necessary to analyze the technical parameters of the products provided by the central air-conditioning refrigeration host manufacturer to calculate the optimal operating conditions of the cooling host.The number of units matches the water circulation system to the optimal operating conditions of the chiller.In the end,it will achieve the goal of reducing the energy consumption of central air-conditioning systems,saving construction operation costs,and extending the working life of central air-conditioning equipment.
