Abstract/Summary:
With the development of economy,there are more and more large-scale public buildings in China,and the high energy consumption of buildings has become increasingly prominent.The central air-conditioning system,as a large energy consumer of large-scale public buildings,accounts for about 70% of the building’s energy consumption.The chilled water system is an important part of the central air conditioning system.Central air-conditioning system design in accordance with the maximum load led to long-term partial load operation and the lack of a reasonable,effective control system,so the study of air-conditioning chilled water system energy-saving optimization control is of great significance.Based on this,the main research content of this thesis are:1.The mathematical model of the energy components of the central air-conditioning system was established and a central air-conditioning simulation platform based on TRNSYS(Transient System Simulation Program)was established.This includes the following aspects of the work: First,the establishment and verification of the mathematical model of the energy components of the central air-conditioning system.This section focuses on the establishment of mathematical models for chiller units and pumps with large energy consumption.After comparing the mathematical model with actual energy consumption,the accuracy of the model is verified.The second is the establishment of a simulation platform based on TRNSYS software.The simulation platform includes the establishment of the TRNSYS-based building cooling load model and the establishment of the TRNSYS model of the main energy-consuming components.2.A PID controller operating parameters optimization method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed and applied to the chilled water system to make the temperature difference of the chilled water system constant.In order to solve the problem of traditional PID control parameter setting difficulties and poor control effect,a nonlinear descending inertia weight function was used to optimize the traditional PID controller and used to control the chilled water system.The TRNSYS simulation results show that this method can effectively reduce the system’s Total energy consumption.3.The actual application of the engineering environment is established,and the effectiveness of the optimized PID controller is further verified on the environment.The environment use Siemens S7-200 smart,smart meters,temperature transmitters,pressure transmitters and other interactive completion of the air-conditioning data acquisition,as well as the task of system control.The configuration software is used to realize the interface control of the system,and the configuration software can display the operation conditions of the field equipment,energy consumption statistics.
