| With the rapid development of radio energy transmission technology(WPT),potential safety problems such as leakage and electric spark,which are easy to appear in traditional contact charging,have been solved.At present,wireless transmission of underwater power has become a research hotspot due to the particularity of its scene application.WPT underwater environment not only reduces the unreliability,compared to traditional wet plug wire can also improve the working hours of mechanical and electrical equipment in the deep sea and scope of operation,its key technology is that the energy transmission loss brought to solve water eddy current effect,misalignment of coupling mechanism caused by current interference,system problem such as low coupling coefficient makes the transmission capacity is limited,this paper designed a position-adaptive high-efficiency contactless underwater wireless charging system,in order to solve the above problems.Firstly,the wireless charging model suitable for undersea environment is improved based on the traditional model.The improved model can be used to analyze the eddy current loss in seawater,and then the loss caused by these factors to the system can be discussed from the characteristics of the conductivity,temperature and pressure of seawater,so as to provide a basis for the theoretical analysis of improving the transmission efficiency of the system.Secondly,a matching WPT circuit is designed.The traditional compensation structure is improved,and a new topology of two-channel transmission system is proposed.The new topology can make full use of the energy of the third harmonic and improve the coupling coefficient and transmission efficiency of the system.Thirdly,an electromagnetic coupler structure suitable for underwater environment is proposed.In order to solve the problems of magnetic coupling mechanism migration and coupling coefficient reduction caused by ocean current disturbance,a new electromagnetic coupler was designed,the optimization mechanism and steps were established,and the parameters of the electromagnetic coupler were determined by using MAXWELL ANSYS software for simulation analysis.Finally,the platform construction of the WPT system in the underwater environment was completed,the seawater environment was configured,the coupling coefficient and system efficiency of the system in the underwater environment were tested,and it was verified that the system had strong anti-migration tolerance and high transmission efficiency in the underwater environment. |
