With the continuous development of the intelligent manufacturing production system,the transmission system matched with it is developing in the direction of high precision,high speed,high load capacity,and long life.V-type roller ring guide as a new type of transmission system,is widely used in intelligent manufacturing production systems,because its related basic theoretical research is not perfect,and the dynamic characteristics play a very important role in its structural design.Therefore,it is a great practical significance to study the dynamic characteristics of the V-type roller ring guide.There are four characteristics about the dynamic characteristics of Vtype roller ring guide,which are contact stiffness,na tural frequency,modal shape and damping characteristics.In this paper,the Hertz contact theory is first used to establish the static rigidity model of the V-type roller guide.The contact stiffness of V-type roller guide under vertical load and horizont al load is mainly studied.The analysis result is compared by finite element software.The axial and radial stiffness of roller bearing are also calculated.Then,the lagrange equation is used to establish the dynamics model of V-type roller guide,and the natural frequency of V-type roller guide is solved according to the principle of equivalent rigidity.The finite element software is used to analyze the modal vibration modes of the V-type roller guide and the multi-body dynamic vibration response of V-type roller guide is further analyzed.Then,the friction source of V-type roller guide is analyzed,and the corresponding friction model of V-type roller guide is established for relevant calculation to explore the influence of differe nt pretension size on the friction of V-type roller guide.Finally,combined with the contents of statics,dynamics and friction,the multi-body kinematic model of V-type roller ring guide is established by using virtual prototyping technology,and the displacement change of bearing slide seat during the operation of V-type roller ring guide is studied.According to the research results,the connection structure of V-type roller ring guide is optimized and improved.The improved results show that the new synchronous belt connection form has a smaller impact on the vibration of the bearing carriage and the movement of the linear section,and overall improves the reliability and stability of the cooperation between the mechanical paw and the V-type roller ring guide.Through the research of this subject,the data support and improvement about the stability problems and vibration problems encountered during the test of the V-type roller ring guide prototype measures are provided to Yalong Intelligent Equipment Company.This article also has a certain reference value to the process and method of using ABAQUS software and ADAMS software for the research and analysis of rigid-flexible coupling kinematics.
