Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of our nation’s high-speed railway,the actual operation speed of trains is continuously improving.The "Fuxing" EMU,which is independently developed by our country,is the first one to realize the 350 km/h operation speed at Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway in August 21,2017.It can be seen that the research on the dynamic problem of high speed train is increasing.One of the most critical technologies of high speed is the design and construction of the bogie.Therefore,the dynamic imitation of the bogie of the high speed train is imitated.Truth and researches are of great significance.Because of the improving speed of the high speed train,the air spring is widely used in the central suspension,and the vertical performance is better.However,the following problem is the reduction of the roll stiffness of the vehicle.In order to overcome this problem,the overwhelming majority of high-speed train bogies are equipped with the anti-roller device,but their forces are complex and frequent in operation,which may affect the dynamics of vehicles and bring serious security risks.In order to study the influence of the anti-roller device on the dynamic performance of vehicle,this paper chooses the bogie of CRH3 type train,which is mature and perfect in both technical and practical operation,and establishes two models through the joint modeling of HyperMesh software,ANSYS software and SIMPACK software:Multi-rigid body model of the anti-roller device without considering its flexibility and rigid-flexible coupling model with considering its flexibility to calculate the dynamic performance indexes under the same conditions,and the effect of the flexibility of the anti-roller device on the dynamic performance of the vehicle is compared and analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the influence of the rolling torsion bar on the vehicle dynamics under the multi rigid body model and the rigid flexible coupling model,the stability index of the vehicle dynamics is that the index of the multi rigid body model is larger than the rigid-flexible coupling model,that is,the stability of the rigid flexible coupling model is better than the stability of the multi rigid model.According to the performance of the curve,the safety index of vehicle dynamics is that the index of the multi rigid body model is greater than that of the rigid flexible coupling model,that is,the security of the rigid flexible coupling model is better than the security of the multi rigid body model.
