Since the first X-ray diffractometer was manufactured and sold in the 1940 s,X-ray diffractometers have been widely used in security,medical,metallurgy,non-destructive testing,aerospace and many other fields.Therefore,in order to improve the performance of the X-ray diffractometer,it has become an inevitable trend to apply high-frequency technology to the power supply of the X-ray diffractometer.This paper designed a high-frequency high-voltage power supply intelligent control system suitable for X-ray diffractometer.This system used new high-voltage switching power supply and high-frequency filament power supply technology to overcome the large size,low efficiency and poor stability of traditional power-frequency power supply equipment,and the ray quality and diffraction intensity has been improved.The control used a combination of PLC,touch screen and proportional integral adjustment circuit to realize digital and intelligent control of high-voltage power supply and filament power supply,control of goniometer ?-?mode,and counting of X-ray intensity pulses.In the work,this paper carried out the selection of the control module and other hardware,completed the construction of the circuit part and the control system;completed the programming of the PLC and MCGS touch screen,and realized the real-time display and monitoring alarm of each value,and combined with the proportional integral adjustment circuit to complete the feedback adjustment of the high-voltage generating circuit and the filament circuit to ensure the stability of the system.After many debugging and experiments,the high-frequency and high-voltage power supply intelligent control system for X-ray diffractometer described in this article reached the goals of tube voltage 0~40kV,tube current 0~40mA,step size1 kV,1mA adjustable.Achieved protection functions such as over-voltage,over-current,under-voltage,and under-current.It had the advantages of simple peripheral circuits,simple operation,stable work and high accuracy,which is in line with the current development trend of X-ray diffractometers.
