| The preprocessing procedure plays a very important role in the production of power lithium batteries,the existing preprocessing procedures for the raw material are mostly artificial or semi-automated production,and it is difficult to achieve continuity between the preprocessing and the mixture pulping process.And the key equipment of the preprocessing procedures for the raw material-the powder dryer has the problems of high cost and short of drying demand.This paper takes this as the starting point,designs of the raw material pretreatment system,designs and studies of the key equipment in the raw material pretreatment system-the powder dryer.The main research contents are as follows:1.Put forward an automatic preprocessing system for raw materials.The function analysis method is used to analyze the raw material pretreatment system,and the automatic raw material pretreatment system and the three dryers are proposed.The geometric weighted AHP method is used to evaluate the dryers,and the results show that the improved venturi tube drying equipment has some advantages.he powder drier is a skillful combination of boiling principle,Venturi principle and cyclone separation principle,the key components are the Venturi tube and the built-in cyclone separator.2.Design of the venturi tube.Based on the mechanism of powder drying,the venturi tube of powder drier is designed by using the fluid mechanics.Meanwhile,the influence of the small hole of venturi tube on the operation of the device is studied by using FLUENT software.And based on this,the parameters of the small hole are determined.3.Design of the built-in cyclone separation device.Through the analysis of the movement of the powder in the dry tube,the two phase flow velocity entered into the cyclone separator is obtained.On this basis,the cyclone separator is designed,and the feasibility of the cyclone separation device is verified by theoretical and numerical simulation.The results show that the designed cyclone separator can achieve the separation of gas-solid two phases.4.Theoretical analyze of heat and mass transfer.The theory of heat and mass transfer is used to analyze the heat transfer mechanism of powder.It is concluded that the drying efficiency of the designed powder drier is more than once that of the existing dryer.5.Numerical simulate of the powder dryer and establish of the prototype.Use the FLUENT software to the powder dryer do numerical simulation,analyze the flow field distribution inside the dryer,and establish of the powder dryer prototype.With drying experiment of the powder material circulation,the results show that the powder dryer design to achieve the powder drying cycle in the dryer function. |
