Using water cavitation device is the common practice for sewage disposal and the Venturi tube is the most commonly used model which produces cavitation.Venturi tube combining with orifice plate can contribute to better cavitation effect.In general,hot spots are generated in the tiny space around the bubbles accompanying with instantaneous high temperature and pressure,micro jet and strong shock wave as well as tremendous energy release when cavitation appears.And with this energy,many kinds of bacteria can be dispelled.In this paper,a device with the combination of Venturi tube and hole plate which can produce cavitation will be simulated and analyzed.Firstly,a model combing the Venturi tube with orifice plate plate is constructed by means of the SolidWorks software.And then,draw the grid using GAMBIT software.Finally,the numerical simulation analysis on Venturi tube hydraulic cavitation is conducted using FLUENT software.Through extensive simulations of 40 groups of hydraulic cavitation,factors which exert the most influence on the cavitation effect are confirmed and the optimal model,finally found.As for the single factor analysis,successive study on these influences that the size and thickness of orifice plates with holes in the center as well as orifice plates without holes in the center exert on cavitation effects is made and eventually the best hydrodynamic cavitation device is available.While as for the multivariate analysis,this thesis,on the basis of four factors and four levels orthogonal experiment,simulates 16 sets of device designed and makes range analysis,regression analysis,variance with the help of Minitab simulation and evaluate the cavitation effect by means of programming using the R language software respectively.The results of the study indicate that the influences that orifice plates without holes in the center exert are more obvious with the thickness increasing,while those which orifice plates with holes in the center exert,non-significant.Besides,through the analysis of the multiple factors,the atlas influencing hydraulic cavitation effect is constructed and the optimal hydraulic cavitation parameters are discovered based on reciprocal action among these factors.Finally,the feasibility of simulation effect is confirmed with the support of R language programming.
