As a new source of lithium batteries,they are widely used in hybrid electric vehicles,mobile terminals and digital devices.Lithium battery production has drawn much attention.The rolling process in lithium production changes the density of the coating material and directly affects the energy storage density of the lithium battery.The equipment control system is the focus of the research.At the same time,the development of embedded control systems is rapid.And because of its tailor-made and specialized features in the area of industrial control,they have an increasingly widespread use.Industry 4.0 suggests that control systems need more than just more reliable hardware,more efficient controls,and smarter connections.In this paper,aiming at the issues such as hardware reliability,software system scheduling ability,control effect and communication mode of embedded system in Li-ion battery pole piece mill,the embedded control system is researched.A hardware system is designed with excellent overall performance and software system has great scheduling ability,real time and reliability.A good control system of the tension control effect,combined with the bus and the network of two communication connections is designed.This passage is mainly from the following aspects:1.Lithium battery pole piece mill and embedded control system development status is researched and analyzed.On-site lithium battery pole piece mill overall control system has an integral research and put forward system integration solutions.2.Considering the hardware EMC characteristics as the goal,we use the design of reliable electrical isolation,the external interface,the use of separate isolated power modules for communication modules,the use of external power supply for general-purpose I/O,and propose a unique optical isolation design.Design all kinds of circuit protection measures.And the power interface use anti-reverse protection,over-current protection and the design of the communication interface surge protection.The overall circuit hardware is seen excellence as the goal.Designed to handle 225 DMIPS,SRAM greater than 1MByte,Flash greater than 16MByte of the host control circuit,design storage capacity Design high-speed I/O can reach 200 kHz.Design the communication module which combines two kinds of communication methods of bus and network,including communication circuit of RS232,Modbus,RS485/Modbus,CAN,USB and Ethernet.3.Considering software system scheduling ability and real-time as the goal,transplant and based on FreeRTOS operating system software,combined with lithium battery pole sheet mill control system technology requirements develop a reasonable scheduling program.See software system reliability as the goal.For the lithium battery pole piece rolling mill,we put forward the key tactics of its software system.Design the appropriate control logic and data processing solutions.Aiming at the tension control of the pole piece rolling mill of lithium battery,a roll diameter calculus tension control with slip compensation is proposed.In view of the prone failure of the lithium electrode rolling mill,the corresponding fault handling method is put forward.Write or port SPI bus,I~2C bus or Modbus protocol and LWIP for board or external communication.To increase the ability of human-computer interaction as the goal,we design security,user-friendly GUI.4.Considering lithium battery pole piece rolling mill overall reliability as the goal,lithium battery pole piece mill embedded control board for circuit testing is researched.The experimental results show that the proposed method is more effective than traditional coil caliber tension control.At the scene we verify the test to determine the parameters of the indicators reached the domestic advanced level.
