This project is developed for the cooperation of school and enterprise,jointly developing a lithium battery pole piece rolling mill,and ultimately realizing the automatic production of lithium battery pole piece with high accuracy and reliability.Under the background of current industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing in China 2025,this paper analyzes the current situation that PLC is still used as the core controller in the control system of lithium battery pole mill.This paper presents a design of the control system of the bus network lithium battery mill based on PLC,which can realize network communication.The control system can meet the process requirements of lithium battery pole piece production,and complete the production of battery pole piece.Through the research and analysis of the multi-axis problems of the equipment of lithium battery pole mill,the control accuracy of the system can be further improved.At the same time,through the design of bus network can provide a basic platform for the control system to realize remote monitoring,remote fault diagnosis,etc.The realization of the control system is of great significance to the traditional battery pole production equipment.The main work of this article is as follows:1?Firstly,the paper analyzes the production process of the lithium battery pole rolling mill and the working principle of the control system of the lithium-ion battery strip mill.The design and application of the lithium battery pole piece rolling mill control system and the general scheme of control system are put forward.The overall design scheme is divided into two parts: control network design and rolling mill control function design.2?This paper puts forward the design of the control system of the bus network lithium battery pole mill which can realize the network communication.This scheme is the key design content of the control system.Finally the PLC+ industrial touch screen is chosen as the field control layer,the communication between field equipment layer and remote control layer is realized by bus network.3?According to the requirements of the production function of the lithium battery pole piece rolling mill,the control scheme is designed to meet the production process of the battery pole piece,and the electrical control system and the control cabinet are designed around the design scheme.At the same time,the control system software is designed,including PLC programming,control function configuration and good man-machine interface design.The control function plan of the control system,the design of electrical control system and the software design are the main contents of this paper.The design of this part plays a decisive role in the reliability,high accuracy and stability of the control system.4?The multi-axis synchronization strategy of lithium battery pole mill is analyzed and designed.The multi-axis synchronous control is a difficult problem in this paper.The coordinated control effect among multi-motors affects the quality and output of the electrode.5?After the completion of hardware construction,control cabinet production and software design,it will be debugged.The debugging process is divided into two processes: laboratory debugging and field debugging.Finally,the feasibility of the control system of the lithium battery pole rolling mill proposed and designed in this paper is verified by debugging.
