With the rapid development of the lithium battery industry,the quality requirements for lithium-ion batteries are also increasing.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for lithium-ion battery manufacturing equipment.In the production of lithium-ion batteries,lithium-ion electronic polar plate mill equipment plays a key role.Its function is mainly to roll lithium-ion battery pole pieces.Nowadays,the automatic production of lithium electrode sheet rolling mill is realized,but its large size and more equipment monitoring points require multiple professional staff to monitor the equipment at the same time;when the equipment fails,it is necessary to check the key points one by one to find the source of the failure.Undoubtedly it will take a lot of maintenance time.In view of the shortcomings of the current lithium electrode plate rolling mill system and the concept of industrial intelligence,the leading edge technologies such as cloud services,internet of things,and remote monitoring were introduced into the lithium electrode rolling mill system.A set of remote monitoring system on lithium battery pole piece rolling mill was designed.The system can solve the above-mentioned deficiencies in the traditional production of lithium electrode sheets,and can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The paper mainly studies from the following aspects:Firstly,the specific functional requirements and performance indexes of the remote monitoring system for lithium electrode devices are analyzed.The overall framework design of the remote monitoring system for lithium electrode devices is determined.The cloud computing,front-end design,TCP/IP communication and other technologies are introduced into the lithium electrode equipment system.The embedded hardware system design is adopted to collect and transmit data for the operation parameters of the equipment,and the remote monitoring system of lithium electrode device based on embedded is formed.Secondly,the embedded hardware control system of remote monitoring system for lithium electrode is designed.Using the ARM chip STM32F103 series as the core processor,the wireless communication module ESP8266 is selected as the data transmission module.Taking the embedded core control board as the core,the operation parameters of the lithium electrode piece equipment are collected and combined with the wireless communication module to upload the data to the server as the TCP/IP client.The data communication between the lithium electrode and cloud server was completed.Then,the system server setup and the intelligent client interface design work were completed in three aspects: the cloud server operation environment was set up,the system adopted the aliyun server as the cloud service platform,and the TCP/IP server was set up under the Linux system to receive the data sent by the field device client;This system uses Redis database for data storage,and realizes the storage of the operation history of the device in the cloud server,and can quickly realize the data stored for the client.The intelligent client interface is designed with HTML5+CSS3+Java Script to get a stable,highly adaptable and dynamic Web interface with zero installation,zero maintenance,zero upgrade,and convenient and efficient use of human-computer interaction interface.Finally,a remote monitoring platform for lithium electrode is set up,and the system is debugged.The monitoring function of the system was tested,and the adaptability and compatibility of the Web interface in different devices and browsers were tested,and the setting of different user login privileges was completed.The response time and stability of the remote monitoring system are tested and analyzed.
