As a kind of vital equipment that undertakes the function of shutting off and regulating the medium fluid of power station generator sets and their auxiliary mechanisms,the normal operation of power station valves is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of power station.The inherent high risk and density of valves' commissioning and maintenance have led to problems such as excessive occupation of human resources.And the current planned maintenance system of the power station valves is economically poor.These problems are inseparable from the low efficiency of the valve-related operations,the low degree of automation,the lack of standard systems and the support of the theory of maintenance.In addition,in recent decades,many power stations have repeatedly experienced safety accidents caused by valves' reliability.Therefore,this thesis carried out the following research work around the above issues.Firstly,the research and analysis on the development status of power station valves performance test and condition assessment were carried out.The gaps in the development and implementation of power station valves' performance test standards and the development of mature industrial products at home and abroad were pointed out,and the condition assessment strategy for power station valves was less researched.Lightweight systems or devices that integrate performance testing and condition assessment of multiple valves have not yet appeared.Secondly,with the goal of integrating the performance test of various types of power station valves,the problem of automated test plan and parameter monitoring was studied.Aiming at the characteristics of the digital test system,the correction method of the AC monitoring error is proposed,and the linear continuous segmentation calibration algorithm of the system was proposed,and the effectiveness was verified by simulation.Thirdly,the analysis results indicated the necessity of using interval value to represent partial condition assessment index,and then,an interval-type superiority evaluation method combining theoretical changes such as variable weight correlation function,combined constant weight,and closeness analysis was proposed to evaluate the valves' status.After that,the performance condition assessment and maintenancedecision model of the power station valves was constructed.The example analysis proved that the model can better reflect the guidance of the test data on the maintenance strategy.Finally,the software and hardware design scheme of the system formed by applying the above research results was expounded.The system consists of an embedded ARM-based hardware terminal and a C/S architecture human-computer interaction software platform.Test and verification analysis showed that the system can realize the automatic performance test and condition assessment of various power station valves,guide maintenance decision,and have advantages in portability,scalability,practicability and reliability.In general,based on the research of electrical automation test theory and condition assessment theory,the thesis formed an integrated test and analysis program for power station valves.The performance test and condition assessment system of the power station valves developed on this basis helps to standardize the test operation of the power station valves,improve the work efficiency,optimize the maintenance structure,and thus ensure the economic and reliability of the power station operation.
