At present,power systems has been extensively carried out the condition maintenance of electric equipment,power plant because of its own characteristics,condition based maintenance of equipment is still in its initial stages,largely planned maintenance mode of san men xia hydropower plant as well.Planned maintenance excessive maintenance,high cost of maintenance,failure false negatives,false positives and so on,in the electric power enterprise under the urgent demand of high reliability and affordability,based on running maintenance and predictive maintenance,power transformers and other equipment has become the inevitable trend of maintenance mode.Practice has shown that with improvement of transformer state maintenance technology and implementation of condition-based maintenance to improve equipment utilization,saving maintenance costs and extend equipment life,achieved significant technical and economic benefits.This article according to the actual main transformer of san men xia hydropower plant operation and maintenance,carried out on-site investigation.Current transformer based on failure mode analysis,with the running of the san men xia power plant main transformer inspection and test conditions,san men xia power plant transformer condition assessment model is proposed,using grey correlation technology to improve oil chromatographic data of fault diagnosis function.Transformer fault complex fault detection methods for a variety of different degrees of accuracy,reliability and sensitivity,using analytic hierarchy process on the mode of failure detection methods to optimize,the failure mode of the various detection methods are sorted by quality,identify priority detection methods for various failure modes,so as to determine the failure mode.Determine transformer condition assessment based on the State,using principal component analysis method to determine the weight of each State,which established model for san men xia power plant transformer condition assessment.Transformer condition assessment model based on National Electric Net Ltd.of the power transmission and transformation equipment status evaluation guidelines and the power transmission and transformation equipment status evaluation of test procedures,collecting basic data transformer,including historical failures and maintenance information,online and offline data,inspection data,establishment of main transformer test database,and set up a relatively complete transformer State evaluation system.Using Myeclipse software development platform and Java language development san men xia power plant transformer condition assessment system,resolved the transformer condition assessment system for data formats and database structure design,coding structure and assessment module algorithm design,and so on.This system comprises of transformer test data query,input,transformer fault diagnosis,evaluation and comprehensive analysis and other functions,for realization of status maintenance of san men xia power plant main transformer provides a reliable technical support is important for safe and economic operation of san men xia power plant equipment.
