With the rapid development of China's aerospace field,composite materials have been widely used in aerospace due to their excellent properties.Filament winding,as one of the important processes in composite material forming,plays an important role in the preparation of products in aerospace field.Inclined winding process is a new filament winding process proposed by technicians.Its products can meet the performance requirements of high-speed aircraft parts.However,the traditional filament winding machine in China can not accurately adjust the filament folding,offset and winding angle,and can not meet the requirements of the Inclined winding process.Based on this problem,through the research of domestic and foreign winding equipment and the analysis of oblique winding process,a gantry oblique winding machine is developed,which can meet the needs of oblique winding process.The problems of folding and deformation of ribbon in the process of oblique winding are analyzed in detail,and the feasible solutions are given.The main contents include the following aspects:1.Various winding methods of high-speed aircraft parts are analyzed,and the method of oblique winding is emphatically studied.According to the force acting on the cone under high-speed flight condition,the problem that the fibre strip may fall off on the surface of the product is analyzed.It is concluded that the oblique winding product has superior anti-scouring performance against high-speed airflow.The influence parameters of tape deformation during skew winding are analyzed.2.Using SolidWorks three-dimensional design software,the three-dimensional model of the skew winding machine was built and the prototype was completed.According to the technical requirements of conical oblique winding,the key components of the headstock,tailstock tip,arm feeding mechanism and winding trolley of the winding machine are studied and designed.According to the technological requirements of oblique winding,the detailed design of the tension control,temperature control,pressure control and deviation correction control of the ribbon is carried out.According to the fact that the tension on the outside of the ribbon is too large in the actual oblique winding,a shearing device is designed to release the tension on the outside of the ribbon.3.Using ANSYS Workbench,the main load-bearing components of the winding car are analyzed by finite element method.The deformation and equivalent stress distribution of the winding car are verified to meet the design requirements,and its structure is optimized to reduce the weight of the deflection shaft.
