Abstract/Summary:
Railway electrical product research and development is a complex project with multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary integration.A large number of research and development data are generated during product development.These data types are large and large.Moreover,in the process of product development,along with a large number of data changes caused by design iterations,how to accurately describe the state of the product at a certain moment through these complicated and confusing data is a difficult problem for enterprises.Based on this,this paper studies configuration management technology,focusing on the baseline creation process and configuration change control method.Through the establishment of various baseline management product development data in the product development process,the product status is accurately described,and then the strict configuration change control method is used to ensure the consistency of the upstream and downstream data of the changed product.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The technical framework of configuration management system is proposed.It summarizes the related concepts and management processes of technical state management,analyzes the status quo and problems of configuration management in the product development process of a railway electrical enterprise,and puts forward the demand for configuration management.To solve these requirements,it establishes baseline management and Configuration change control is configuration management system technical framework of the core module.(2)The baseline establishment process in the development of railway electrical products was studied and a baseline integrity model was established.Established a baseline management technical system,analyzed the research and development process of a railway electrical product of a certain enterprise,and divided six stages of the railway electrical product development process.Based on the division of the research and development stage,four technical state baselines were established,including the demand baseline,the design baseline,and the manufacturing baseline.And product baseline.Aiming at the problem that the complete situation established by the baseline is difficult to measure,the concept of baseline integrity is proposed,the baseline integrity model is constructed,and the quantitative calculation method of baseline integrity is designed.(3)Configuration change control method is studied from the perspective of data and process.The reasons for configuration change were analyzed,and the functional requirements of configuration change control were proposed.The version change caused by configuration change is studied,and the decision tree model of part change identification is established.The CMII standard and PDCA quality control theory are studied.The closed state control model of configuration change based on CMII and PDCA is established.Finally,configuration change process is carried out.The design and hierarchical modeling of configuration change process based on the hierarchical Petri net.(4)Implementation of a configuration management system in PDM.The database of the configuration management system was designed by using tools such as SQL Server and C#,and the configuration management function module was developed.At the same time,the main interface and operation steps of the baseline management module and the configuration change control module in the configuration management are demonstrated.
