Avionics systems play an important role in aircraft.The design and development of automatic detection systems have also received great attention from experts at home and abroad.Based on the demand of an airline for automatic detection of radio tuning panels,a radio tuning panel automatic detection system was designed.After comparing and researching the construction method of the detection system at home and the detection specification of the radio tuning panel,this paper proposes a core PCI based bus,combined with other USB serial bus,universal serial RS232/485 bus,CAN bus and Radio tuning panel automatic detection system solution for technologies such as Labwindows/CVI development software.A complete test project,test procedure and implementation of a radio tuning panel test system are given.The dedicated test program interface is extended on the human-machine interface of the dedicated test instrument;it has the function of providing feasible suggestions for daily state analysis and technical maintenance.Through the phase-locked loop method to eliminate the frequency error,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the uncertainty of the automatic test system improves the system accuracy and reduces the daily workload of the maintenance personnel.It provides a powerful and safe way for the aircraft to travel safely and stably.support.
