Study On The Spatial Layout Of Danfeng City From The Perspective Of Livable

The research adheres to the scientific connotation of "people-oriented",through the relevant theoretical research on livable,from the perspective of livable,taking Danfeng as the research object,to study the development of its urban spatial layout.As one of the national comprehensive pilot projects of new-type urbanization,Danfeng is a typical representative of valley towns in southern Shaanxi region.Danfeng is limited by the natural environment and the available land resources are limited.For small towns with limited space and transformation and development,people-oriented urban spatial layout research is of great significance to improve the livability of cities.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the spatial layout of Danfeng city,and then makes a comprehensive use of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and finally puts forward feasible optimization strategies,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the livability of Danfeng city in the urban spatial layout.This paper covers three aspects.The first part is research purpose,research background and research significance,as well as domestic and foreign literature review on spatial layout.Through the preliminary basic knowledge of sorting out the understanding of "livable",for the follow-up research to pave the way.The second part is the research perspective,mainly for the Danfeng city spatial layout of livable interpretation.Firstly,the basic situation of Danfeng city is summarized and the evolution of spatial layout from single center to multi-center is analyzed.Then it analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the urban spatial layout of Danfeng,and finally establishes the construction target of livable urban spatial layout of Danfeng through the construction principle of livable system and the livable questionnaire survey of the residents of Danfeng.The third part is the main body of research.By analyzing the habitability of different systems,combining the qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the current situation,establish the appropriate habitability construction principle,and finally put forward the spatial layout strategy in line with each system of Danfeng city.To shape an efficient and comfortable life service system through the strategies such as the reformulation of the residential land scale matching the population,the activation of community vitality and the rectification of the environment,the enrichment of cultural facilities,the reconstruction of educational land and the improvement of medical and health care.Through the construction of threedimensional corridors,balanced distribution of green space and creating blue and green interwoven strategies to shape the landscape of ecological green space system;Through the integration of road network,density reset,slow series and other strategies to build a convenient and fast road traffic system.Based on the livable perspective,this paper carries out a detailed study on the spatial layout of Danfeng city with a comprehensive use of a variety of methods,aiming at strengthening the scientific research on the spatial layout of Danfeng city.Under the background of facing the urban transformation,the paper plans the urban spatial layout reasonably,so as to improve the livable quality of Danfeng city and enhance the residents' happiness and satisfaction.This study has certain practical value for the spatial layout optimization of valley cities in southern Shaanxi region,and also provides certain reference value for the spatial development of small and medium-sized towns in other transitional periods.
