| At present,highway construction in our country is gradually changing from infrastructure construction to equal emphasis on construction and maintenance,while the rutting disease lacks long-term effective repair technology.Shape memory polymer material has the ability to recover the original shape under specific conditions after deformation.This paper aims to combine shape memory polymer material with the rutting disease of asphalt pavement,and proposes a rutting self-repair technology method based on shape memory effect,so that the rutting can be repaired conveniently,economically and sustainably.First proposed the rutting deformation of asphalt mixture self-healing type training method and the calculation method of shape memory particle concentration,particle shape memory to take first in paving compaction of asphalt mixture through complete deformation process of training,can solve the diversity of deformation recovery direction at the same time and temperature of the asphalt mixture paving false triggering effect of shape memory effect;The repeated compression of shape memory particles under wheel load can make asphalt pavement have the ability of self-repairing for many ruts.Secondly,based on the theory of PFC discrete element software,the volume recovery model of shape memory particles is established.Uniaxial creep specimens and rutting plate specimens with gradation and porosity characteristics were produced according to the theory that shape memory particles can replace part of fine aggregate by volume.According to the selected contact model of each component within the specimen,the relevant mechanical and microscopic parameters were set.The servo loading system was programmed to simulate uniaxial creep loading and rutting test on the generated specimens,and the contact force was extracted.It was found that the contact force between shape memory particles and aggregate was the largest,mainly distributed in 0~ 0.2N and up to 1.09NFinally,based on the time step of increasing the particle radius way to simulate a recovery phase,volume orders found constraints in the axial creep specimens would be able to restore the deformation,in setting shape memory particle volume 100% recovery,deformation recovery rate reached 114%,shows that when the sides wall binding is enough big,can promote the recovery of the vertical force push aggregate in vertical direction,When the rut shape variable was 1mm,2mm and 3mm,the recovery rates were 93%,90.4% and 88.2%,respectively,which could basically achieve deformation repair.Classifying loaded specimen internal contact extraction,and the statistics related to the shape memory particles size and distribution of contact force,found that the recovery process of the shape memory by resistance is greater than at the end of the load,and the shape of the recovery rate is higher,the greater the need to repair form variables,the maximum response,the greater the stress when the shape variable to 3 mm,the maximum contact force is 24.07 N,stress to 7.07 MPa;Based on the simulation results,the performance requirements of shape memory materials for rutting repair of asphalt pavement are proposed. |
