Developing demand-side resources is one of the effective ways to solve power shortage and low-carbon environmental protection.Especially in the background of China’s new electricity market reform,the release of the distribution side will further stimulate the potential development of demand-side resources.However,the diversity,complexity and randomness of demand-side resources bring huge obstacles to the planning and simulation of demand-side resources,making it difficult for resource planning to accurately match the actual conditions.This paper will study the planning method and design simulation tool of demand side resources,and explore the interactive relationship between planning and simulation,in order to provide scientific basis and technical support for the sustainable development of demand-side resources.The main work is as follows:(1)The characteristics of GridLAB-D simulation software in demand-side resource simulation are introduced.On the basis of web server mode in GridLAB-D and MATLAB’s TCP\IP network communication,using the information interaction between MATLAB and GridLAB-D to make up for the disadvantages of GridLAB-D in closed simulation scene and operation strategy,the interactive simulation platform of demand-side resource is built.(2)The power characteristics of a wind generator,a photovoltaic generator,an energy storage and a diesel generator in the micro grid are analyzed.Based on air-conditioning load ramp control strategy of GridLAB-D,an automatic demand response model of air conditioning load tracking micro grid power surplus signal is built.On this basis,an optimization model of demand-side resource configuration is established with the objective of maximizing the operational benefit of demand-side resources.(3)On the basis of interactive simulation platform,the functional framework of demand side resource planning based on continuous simulation is established.The realization of this functional architecture is to take MATLAB as the control center,which is responsible for three levels of signal control,plan decision of demand-side resources,day-ahead operation schedule and real-time deviation adjustment,take GridLAB-D as the executor of refined timing simulation.Then the modification method of continuous time simulation to the planning model and the evaluation index system of the planning scheme are proposed.In the case,the energy storage reserve rate by accurate simulation corrects planning model to improve the planning scheme,which verified the feedback and correction effect of time series simulation at the “static level”.(4)From the perspective of "dynamic level",a long-term functional framework for dynamic simulation of demand side resources is built to simulate the dynamic evolution process of demand side resource planning,so as to evaluate the adaptability of the planning scheme in a dynamic environment.The functional framework is divided into the inner and outer layers.Outer layer simulates external environment changes(load,energy price,component price)and structure change(life of storage and diesel generator).Inner layer simulates intraday operation.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the abilities of planning evolution and dynamic evaluation.
