With the research and development of the micro-grid demonstration project in the world,the distributed generation technology and load control technology are developing rapidly.In recent years,demand response,as an important means of load control,has been widely used in many countries.It has a good effect on the load adjustment and the economic benefits of the users.However,the model of the micro-grid environment and the user's load is still rough,so assessing the impact of demand response strategies on the load will have a certain deviation from the actual.Gridlab-d is a software application for market economy,consumer behavior and the system interaction which is developed by the United States Pacific Northwest National Laboratory,it can refine the modeling of micro-grid in a variety of power equipment and can take external meteorological and economic changes into account.Therefore,the influence of distributed power supply and demand response strategy on the way of electricity consumption of residents is studied deeply based on Gridlab-d.The main work of this paper is as follows.Firstly,the domestic and foreign micro-grid demonstration projects are analyzed from the power supply structure,load structure and network structure,which provides a practical reference for the theoretical modeling of this paper.At the same time,the research and simulation of the domestic and international demand response program in the micro-grid are analyzed,which mainly includes the establishment of micro-grid simulation model and the implementation strategy of demand response in micro-grid.Secondly,the typical network structure of micro-grid is analyzed,and the types of distributed power supply are introduced.The working principle and output characteristics of photovoltaic,wind power,internal combustion engine and energy storage are analyzed,which provide the theoretical basis for the establishment of micro-grid model.At the same time,the theoretical research on demand response is analyzed from two aspects:demand response strategy and the type of load involved in the demand response,which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of price strategy and the type of load involved in demand response.Thirdly,the Gridlab-d simulation platform is introduced in detail in the external environment(weather),micro-grid topology,residential building and load model,and controller.Based on above,a fine micro-grid simulation model is constructed..The weather file contains the information of temperature,wind speed and light intensity,so as to provide the data support for the simulation of the distributed power supply of the solar energy and the fan,and the setting of the operating environment of the air conditioner and the water heater in households.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the load in the household,the electrical appliances are respectively ZIP modeling and physical modeling,laying the foundation for the reasonable modeling of the residents' load.In addition,based on the research of the controller and the characteristics of the residents to participate in the demand response,the controller of the air conditioner and the water heater is used to control the load.Among them,the controller parameters can reflect the residents' participation in the demand response.Finally,based on the modeling of resident electrical appliances,the residents' load is simulated and analyzed in different time dimensions.On the basis of this,the impact of different demand response strategies on the load is calculated by simulating the load and electricity charges with fixed price,time-sharing price and real-time electricity price,which shows the impact of different demand response strategies on the way of electricity consumption of residents In order to further analyze the influence of the distributed power supply on the way of electricity consumption of residents in the micro-grid,whether the distributed power supply is involved in the bidding of the electric power market is analyzed.Taking clean energy as an example,which does not participate in market bids,the impact on load characteristics is analyzed when its output is consumed;Taking the internal combustion engine as an example to participate in the power market bidding,the impact of market competition on air conditioning load is analyzed.
