| In recent years,with the development of China’s economy,the power construction has doubled every year.With the increase of substations in the power grid,the number of production teams managing substations has also increased year by year.More and more data are generated by all teams in the production management.These data are closely related to the safe and stable operation of the power system.At present,the electronic Kanban system software does not reasonably store and share the "big data" in the production of power transformation,and does not timely carry out data analysis and data mining,resulting in data waste.Based on the above background,based on the actual production situation of the operation and maintenance team of a power company,combined with the concept of lean management in power production,using software engineering related knowledge,this paper designs and realizes the electronic Kanban system of power transformation production.The system is developed in a component-based way,Using SSH(spring,struts,hibernate)framework commonly used in Java Web development to design,and the concept of incremental model design in software engineering runs through the whole process of system analysis and design.Use Microsoft Visio as the flow chart drawing tool,intelij idea as the Java Web development tool,MySQL database,JUnit as the software testing tool.By establishing Kanban data warehouse,the system collects and sorts the data related to the production management of power transformation from the existing system to form the corresponding subject table,which realizes the unified management and effective utilization of the production data of power transformation.At the same time,the "smart Kanban" function,which combines lean management and neural network technology,is developed innovatively.Through data analysis,the work quality of team members is evaluated,which provides an important data support for team members’ quantitative management.The practice shows that the system can effectively collect and apply the equipment defect data,equipment maintenance data,anti misoperation data,etc.,and preliminarily realize the management of the substation production site and the timely sharing and effective display of information data. |
