| The photoelectric turret is a kind of detection equipment installed on the moving carrier or fixed carrier,which is used to detect and track the target on the ground or in the air.The photoelectric turret can effectively isolate the interfering movement of the carrier and ensure that the line of sight always points to the target.Photoelectric detection equipment has become one of the important means of modern military alert detection system because of its passive concealment,real-time,good visibility,large amount of information and so on.In use,it can capture and track the target quickly,and make the weapon system achieve the goal of accurate attack.It can be widely loaded on a variety of platforms,such as unmanned aerial vehicles,helicopters,ships and vehicles,and has a large market in the military,police and civil fields.Factory can use the accumulation of technology in the field of photovoltaic,and reasonable reference to mature design of foreign units to carry out small general photovoltaic brick tower key technology verification work.This thesis takes the two-axis four-frame optoelectronic turning tower as the research object.The main research work includes the following aspects.(1)According to the composition and engineering principles of the two-axis four-frame photoelectric turret system,the functional units of the two-axis four-frame turntable are divided,and the module design and the mechanical and electrical interface design are completed.Complete the internal frame system,external frame system drive motor selection work.(2)Carry out the design of a two-axis four-frame photoelectric turning tower.Including Turbo sealing design,thermal design,part precision design and encoder precision calculation.(3)Undertake a two-axis four-frame photoelectric turning tower six-sex design.Including reliability design,maintenance design,testing design,environmental adaptation design,support design compatibility design.(4)The structure design of the electronic module of the two-axis four-frame photoelectric turret is carried out.According to the division of functional units,complete the layout of the electronic module.The thermal design,electromagnetic compatibility design and interface design are carried out in combination with the layout scheme.(5)Planning the processing and assembly process of two-axis four-frame photoelectric turning tower,determining the protective treatment methods for structural parts and printing plates,and summarizing the main technology.(6)Finite element simulation and inspection check for attention pieces.In the development process of this project,mechanism design,form and position tolerance design,EMI electromagnetic compatibility technology,reliability design and a large number of engineering experience data are fully applied.In the design phase,the design and simulation of the prototype are completed by using the design software,which provides theoretical data support for the engineering design.The integration of comprehensive disciplines is fully demonstrated in the process of project design.Through the iteration of the first generation design prototype technology,we have a certain theoretical basis and practical experience on the two-axis four-frame photoelectric turret.In the follow-up,we will carry out the development of the second generation machine,focus on the multi-platform adaptability,integrated avionics integration to do more work,so that the products can play a better role on each platform. |
