There are some reasons to unequal settlement of the building, such as flabby basement, wrong construction method and design. When the value of unequal settlement exceed the value of permitting, the structure of the building will craze, be inclined, even to can not be used. So, something must be used to rectifying deviation of the inclining building.The inclining building, if it is a frame construction adopting with a pile foundation, can use the technique of chopping pile to rectifying deviation. Cut a part of the piles of the higher column for the method is to make the pillar landing, to rectifying deviation. In consideration of it is impossible to proceed cutting piles at the same time, proceeding cutting at some pedestal will make the build to unequal settlement which should influence the whole construction .Cut off the length more big, effect be worse, even cause to other beams and pillars cracking. So the length and the sequence of cut piles is very important. This kind of influence to the space frames very complicated to analyze.Both the space structure and the loads are very complex in practical while reinforced concrete is not at all ideal elastic material as crack and yielding occur at times. To achieve a quick and easy calculation for a building project, assumptions are made as follows: First, the uncertainty of wind and earthquake loads are simplified as they just act on the main axis of the structure. Then internal forces are analyzed at two orthogonal directions. Second, latitudinal and longitudinal frames are not interacted as planar frame, and ant torsion is not taken into account. Furthermore, planar frame is rigid enough to sustain lateral loads in the plane but weak out of the plane with little rigidity. Thus the whole space structure is divided into many planar structures bearing external loads together and structures perpendicular to the plane share no loads. The mechanical computation of the representative planar frame is made based on above assumptions, only demonstrating that space work is highly complex as little researched instead of denial of space work.At present, the research of space work for the frame construction with unequal settlement is very few. Therefore, it is necessary to the structural space in frame function, it is especially to research the space work of structural, for find a valid method for the construction design of rectifying deviation.Aim at this problem, the model experiment, suffering the influence of the experiment condition, is very difficult, and the experiment data is long-lost. Along with the FEM method being continuously perfect and the technology of computer being gradually maturing, it is suitability to establish the model by the FEM method. Then you can add load on the model and analyses it. It is very simple to modify the model and handle data. The author made the model of multistory frame by FEM software such as ANSYS and SAP2000, and analyzed the mold by change loads and model conditions. There are some productions that he get in the research of space work for the frame construction with unequal settlement. And The author provided some calculation gist and reasonable suggestion for the construction design of rectifying deviation.Therefore, the research of space work of multistory manufacturing frame by the FEM method is carried out to explore each frame working behavior under loads of unequal settlement. So the FEM method can be referred by practical approaches and lay solid foundation for further research work...
