| Construction industry is an important pillar industry in China.In 2018 alone,the total output value of China’s construction industry exceeded 23 trillion yuan,with a year-on-year growth of 9.9 percent.China’s construction industry ranks first in the world in terms of scale and profitability.However,the informatization rate of China’s construction industry is very low,only about 0.03%,which is far from the international average rate of 0.3%.Although informatization construction in China has experienced more than 20 years of exploration and development,has made some progress,but the entire industry informatization level on the whole,or in a preliminary stage of development,there is also a part of the construction enterprise may be more attaches great importance to the informationization application part,have been or are implementing ERP information system,but as a result of the prophase planning is not comprehensive,reasonable,operational services to keep pace with actual or late application,causes the enterprise information management don’t reach the expected effect.Therefore,the construction industry information construction "one before one after" is crucial.Before the so-called "one" refers to the information consulting planning,"a" is the information operational services,especially in the planning of the informationization consultation has larger ascension space,how to do the informatization planning should not only practical,strategic target and in conformity with the enterprise information construction is a very worthy of our study to explore.First of all,based on the industry characteristics of the construction industry and informatization construction requirements proposed the construction enterprise information planning strategy research,this paper expounds the research situation of informatization in construction industry both at home and abroad,the core of the strategy of the informatization planning as a starting point,according to the characteristics of construction industry enterprises,using the method of literature study and investigation interview to JD construction group informatization planning strategies are described in details.Secondly,based on the theory of building enterprise information research related,to the enterprise informatization,construction enterprise informatization and informatization planning and relevant concept definition and description,at the same time,the construction of informatization under the Internet characteristic has carried on the induction summary,proposed the construction enterprise information planning using method and the process of planning.Third,through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the information planning of construction enterprises,find the difficult factors of the information planning,and put forward the importance of the information construction planning of construction enterprises.According to the management status and information construction status of JD construction group,the detailed design scheme for the information construction planning of JD construction group is given according to its strategic planning needs.Fourthly,JD construction group conducted a comprehensive study on the informatization planning and proposed planning plans from different levels,mainly including overall informatization architecture planning,informatization infrastructure planning,informatization application system planning,data security planning,informatization platform integration planning and system selection planning.At the same time,the paper also puts forward the research on the planning principles and safeguard measures for the implementation guarantee of JD construction group’s informatization plan.Finally,the paper summarizes the problems and deficiencies in the research on JD construction group’s informatization planning strategy,gives feasible Suggestions,and forecasts the future of informatization planning for construction enterprises. |
