In the Chinese automotive industry,the existing product development demand acquisition process is actually competitively oriented.In this way,there will be some problems in the process of demand acquisition,such as: replacing the customer's needs with competitive appeal,guiding the product decision with a small sample of consumer research,paying attention to the macroscopic positioning category argument,ignoring the details of the commodity,lacking precision.With the large-scale popularization of the Internet,more and more consumers are asking about buying cars and discussing car use on the Internet.The emergence of Internet data has opened up new avenues for customer demand,making full-sample user analysis possible and improving the accuracy of future demand.Internet data can form a new product strategy formation mechanism based on customer segmentation methods: no market segmentation concept,only customer research.The demand for the development of BAIC's own brand products has always been based on a sample survey.The sample size,sample structure,and consumer expression are all very limited.At the same time,the level of detail is not sufficient to support the definition of product details.Study the current status of the new product development input of BAIC Group,analyze the problems that need to be solved,and clarify the direction of improvement.At the same time,it analyzes the current development status and applicable fields of consumer demand based on Internet data research,especially assessing the compliance of Internet data with our improvement direction.Combined with the characteristics of Internet data,which is different from the previous demand data,it is studied how to obtain the product development requirements based on Internet data into the internal project system.The research will identify and analyze the problems of obtaining current product requirements;collect and organize a large amount of research materials,study the principles,characteristics and application methods of big data technology;build an Internet-based market based on product positioning and consumer sample structure selection.The customer's voice model of the data;the functional quality development model for building the customer's voice.The content of the research will help to improve the accuracy and timeliness of BAIC's product development needs,and reduce the operating costs of demand acquisition.Finally,this study will combine the case studies to illustrate the effectiveness of BAIC's product development needs acquisition research based on Internet data.
