With the continuous improvement and development of modern industrial control technology,the requirements for the speed,precision and response speed of servo motor are becoming higher and higher.With the rapid development of modern motor manufacturing technology,the motor feedback device changes from rotary transformer to rotary encoder,and the feedback precision gradually improves.The feedback signal processing tends to be high-speed and digital,and the servo control system enters a new stage of development.The current loop,verlocity loop and position loop constitute a complete servo control system.The traditional PID control theory is clear,simple control mode,application range,and a series of advantages,but the load or mutations in the control volume may produce a larger amount of overshoot,this paper aiming at these deficiencies,the introduction of integral separation PID control and feedforward control method based on the speed loop,through Matlab simulation,the model has a wider speed range and faster response speed.In this paper,Field Programmable Gate Arrays are selected as the hardware processing core of the entire control system,and FPGA is used to complete all data processing and some hardware circuit functions.FPGA has a very large chip integration capacity and powerful hardware parallel computing capacity,and has high adaptability,short development cycle,and can use the schematic design method,making the design more intuitive,shorten the debugging process,improve the efficiency of software design.In this paper,the single-coil absolute encoder is used as the motor speed feedback element,which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy and digital output.This paper first introduces the basic structure of the servo control system,analyzes the current development status of the servo system,gives the mathematical model of motor control and specific control mode.Set the Matlab simulation model,designed with Cyclone ? series FPGA as the control core of servo control system hardware circuit.In addition,simplifies the design process by calling the IP core,and writes and modifies the relevant algorithm programs such as encoder reading and speed calculation.Finally,the designed experimental platform is tested and debugged to realize the relevant functions of the hardware circuit,and the servo control system is controlled by double closed loop.The experimental data show that the servo control system has good dynamic characteristics.
