With the development of society,the demand for water is increasing,and the demand for water quality is also increasing.It can be said that the cause of water supply is very important to the people’s daily life.Therefore,itcan not reduce the daily water supply while improving the water quality,which is a challenge to the operation of water plant and the technology of water purification.Dosing coagulation and flocculation are the most important steps in the process of water purification.However,the changes of water quantity and water quality from water inlet plant will affect the process of drug addition,which makes the dosing process become a major difficulty in water treatment.Hence,how to accurately control the dosage and compensate the interference is a difficult problem to be solved in the operation of modern water works.Based on actual situation of Tamura Yama water works,the article/paper/thesis carry out the framework design for(the)discrete water control system,becides,aiming at the existing problems in the process of coagulation,we designed the dosing link of feedforward-feedback control method,and improve the traditional PID controller to the integral separation PID controller,make a design of PLC program.The study made the following points in detail.(1)First of all,the water treatment technology and control system framework of waterworks are studied,and the distributed control system is designed.According to the actual situation,we design the control method of adding coagulant,and determine the PID controller-Cored negative feedback control method.(2)According to the easy overaccumulation in the integral part during dramatic change process of water quality in the waterworks,which makes the system overshoot,the PID controller algorithm is modified,the integral separation PID control method is proposed,and the study realize the Optimization and improvement of adding link algorithm.(3)To deal with the sudden change of water intake and affect the link of dosing,a feed-forward control method is proposed to solve the problem of system interference,and a feedforward-feedback control method is finally established.(4)The control system is abstracted as a mathematical model,and the transfer function of the controlled object is obtained.Use the SIMIULINK toolbox in MATLAB to do the system simulation,contract the control effect of the traditional PID controller and the integral separation PID controller,and make system disturbance simulation tests at the same time.(5)Engineering implementation to the self well-designed dosing system,the system includes dispensing and adding two parts,designing the PLC program,conducting lectotype design for the front-end hardware of the system.(6)Apply Kingview software to design the upper computer monitoring system.Through configuration picture,operators can grasp the operation of water works in time and effectively.Becides,debug system before running,and at the beginning and the end of the system’s formal operating,collect and analyze the data,so as to verify the original intention of design.
