Study On Spatial Perception Behavior Of The Blind

Against the background of today's Internet Era,this study focus on the research of the spatial perception of the blind.Firstly,the physiological and psychological needs of the blind are analyzed according to the current living condition of the blind.Combining the situation of the blind products and the popularization of the intelligent devices,the particularity and the demand analysis of the perceptual behavior of the blind are presented.Then,in the case of the indoor environment,on the basis of that the lack of the sense of sight can be replaced and compensated by other senses,the characteristics and the demands of the spatial perceptual behavior of the blind were studied.Finally,based on the indoor navigation,adding the function of the spatial perception,a wearable guided device which can assists the bling to be navigated in the library was designed.With this device,the blind can perceive the surrounding space environment and walk around with freedom in the indoor environment.In the future,this device can be applied in other indoor environment to help the blind,such as shopping mall,supermarket and so on.
