In the context of modern warfare,precision strike targets and effective control of the extent and extent of the killings.In this context,the low-incident damage warhead becomes a hot issue in the field and therefore needs to be designed to meet the requirements of low-incident damage munitions.In this paper,the scientific problem of the damage performance of the low-incident damage warhead is studied by means of theoretical analysis,experimental study and numerical simulation.Specific work and conclusions are as follows:In view of the physical process of detonation-driven heavy metal particles scattering,many people have done the theoretical analysis,and got a lot of regular conclusions.On this basis,this paper puts forward that in the near field,The momentum of the heavy metal particles is characterized by the impulse of the overpressure and the heavy metal particles.Based on the conclusion of previous studies,a low-incident damage warhead was designed to carry out the bio-experimental study on the ground static explosion of the heavy metal powder embedded CFRP shell model.The results of the comparison with the DPR overpressure test verify that the low-incident damage warhead The Damage Effect of Field and Far Field.In order to obtain the speed of the detonation-driven particles,a detonation-driven particle thickness field testing device was developed independently,and the nominal mean and thickness of the particle swarm were measured.In order to test the coupling impulse of the detonation-driven particles in the near field,a micro-cantilever impulse test device is designed,which proves the feasibility of the method.Which provides the basis for the coupling impulse of overpressure and heavy metal particles in the future.Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental study,the simplified structure model of CFRP shell warhead is established and implemented in Visual C ++ language.The results are presented by Tecplot post-processing software,and the particle velocity in the experimental study is simulated.Were compared.Based on the experimental data of D.L.Frost,the finite element model of cantilever structure with different density of particle flow and different cross-section shape was established,and the deformation mechanism of cantilever beam under the impact of particle flow was analyzed.In this paper,the test method and evaluation method of the damage effect of CFRP shell with low damage and warhead are established,which lays a foundation for further research on the characteristics of low damage.
