In cold northern areas in China,people often need to start the car at minus ten degrees or even minus dozens of degrees,which will cause great wear and tear on the vehicle,and due to the low indoor temperature,people often can't immediately to adapt to the cold car,it brings a lot of discomfort to people's travel.So the parking heater was born,it not only can be used to preheat the vehicle at low temperature,but also heat the car,which will make it more comfortable.But as environmental pollution becomes more and more serious,there are strict requirements on the exhaust emissions from the parking heater.Therefore,in the meantime,how to reduce the exhaust emissions from the parking heater is the focus of many research scholars.We simply introduces the basic structure and working process of the parking heater,through the analysis of combustion process and the theory of combustion,the exhaust gas concentration by the influence of the critical ignition temperature and air-fuel ratio,and through the exhaust measurement experiment find the exhaust gas concentration of the traditional Parking heater does not meet the standard value.In order to reduce the concentration of exhaust gas,in this dissertation,the oil pump,fan motor,plug to selected again: according to the size of the car,the actual temperature and rate of warming factors determine the speed of oil pump;The air-fuel ratio is used to determine the speed of the fan motor;In order to increase the critical ignition temperature,high-tension ignition is chosen as the Ignition way.In addition,in this dissertation,according to the function requirements and the running environment gives the principle diagram of the circuit of the control system.According to the requirements,select hardware model and designs the hardware circuit.On the control mode adopts temperature operation mode and power operation mode,at the same time on the temperature control using PID method to control.Finally,through the experiment of the improved model compared with the original model for gas concentration measurement,found a significantly lower emissions,thus realized the control of the parking heater exhaust emissions.
