As the key part of the rear casing of the aeroengine turbine,the casing housing has complex structure and strict dimensional requirements.In order to reduce the machining error of casing bearing seat,this paper takes a certain casing bearing seat as the research object,analyzes and studies the causes of the machining error of casing bearing seat,formulates the processing technology plan,and systematically studies the machining error control method of casing bearing seat through a large number of tests,error analysis and verification.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)Trial-produce and measure the deformation data of the test piece,and analyze the machining error data.The main dimensions of the main working procedure of the test piece are measured,and the deformation data of the casing bearing seat are obtained.At the same time,analyze the deformation data of the test piece,the probability distribution diagram is obtained,and the conclusion is drawn that the size of the bore in the bearing seat is 180±0.009 and the location of the bore is 0.02 out of tolerance due to the machining deformation.(2)Cause analysis of machining error.In order to explore the influence of machining error on the machining quality of the casing bearing seat,this paper analyzes the sources and causes of the machining error of the casing bearing seat in detail The main machining errors which lead to 180±0.009 and 0.02 over-tolerance of the inner hole of bearing housing are determined,which are cutter error,clamping error and deformation error caused by cutting and pressing force.(3)According to the analysis result of machining error of casing bearing seat,this paper puts forward the corresponding control strategy,which includes the improvement of process route,fixture structure,machining mode,tool path,etc.The lifting of the machining positioning datum plane of the part is completed.The tool parameters,cutting parameters and compacting scheme were improved through experiments,and the blank was improved in coordination with the design.(4)Process test and result analysis after improvement.After selecting 12 parts and adopting the improved post-processing technology scheme,the data of the improved parts are obtained,and compared with the data before the improvement,it is concluded that the improved machining process can effectively control the machining deformation of the Housing and reduce the influence of machining error on the housing.
