| Northeast China features flat and open terrain,with abundant land resources.There is a large area of undeveloped saline and alkaline wasteland.Due to uneven distribution of water and soil resources,there is a problem of engineering water shortage.In order to develop saline and alkaline wasteland,the construction of irrigation area and pump station is an important means to solve the irrigation problem.Besides,frost heaving has also been a major problem because of the cold winter in northeast China.The core-pulling pump type is able to better the freeze-proofing process for equipment.However,the lifting discharging tube of pump results in its high and large structure,whereby enhancing tare weight itself.Plus,the bearing capacity of soft foundation is insufficient,thus it is hard to solve the problem of positive overall stability of structure and insufficient bearing capacity of foundation.Main researches and conclusions are as follows:(1)Longhai Pump Station of Songyuan irrigation area was taken as research object,resolution was performed to analyze the overall stability of pump station plant under 4 work conditions of completion period,design operating water level,maximum operating water level,and maintenance period based on different load combinations.The results showed that the anti-slip and anti-float of the pump station and the ratio of maximum and minimum stresses meet the requirements of safety factor.Nonetheless,the bearing capacity of the foundation failed to meet the geological requirements.It is required to adopt drilled grouting pile to deal with the foundation.(2)The composite foundation drilling bored pile to process the foundation,and the soil contact was achieved rely on pile-soil friction and pile cap.In addition to bearing the vertical load on the pile foundation,the relative displacement of pile and soil also causes the pile cap to bear part of the vertical force.It was calculated that the method is feasible and can improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.(3)By virtue of large 3D finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,the whole stable finite element analysis of the pump station workshop and pile foundation under the effect of the optimized reinforcement measures was performed;and the settlement,displacement,stress and shear force of the pumping plant and pile foundation under different working conditions were checked and calculated.The results showed that it is reliable to use pile foundation to address the problem of insufficient bearing capacity.As of now,the main project of this project has been completed.The research results of this paper are expected to provide theoretical guidance and application reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future. |
