The Chinese human body finite element model is of great significance for studying the damage response of Chinese occupants in collisions.while the head and neck are the most serious parts of the collision.At the same time,The models used in computer simulation to study the head and neck injury in collisions are mostly foreign human finite element models,and there is basically no Chinese 50-percent human body finite element model with accurate head and neck structure.Therefore,this paper uses two Kinect-based scanning methods to obtain the Chinese 50-percent body surface model,uses the CT data scanned by the hospital to establish a geomet ric model of the head and neck and establishes a human finite element model by using the mesh transformation method.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following four points:1.Compare the accuracy of a single Kinect and two Kinect scanning methods,select two Kinects on the top and bottom to scan the human body,compare various camera calibration methods,and use the Stereo Camera Calibrate application with higher calibration accuracy to calibrate two Kinects and calculate the camera calibration's the conversion matrix which is used to complete the initial registration of the point cloud,study ICP algorithm which is based on PCL and accurately register the initial registration point cloud.2.Select 4 suitable volunteers,improve the original sitting posture test bench,design the head and back positioning device according to the volunteer data,and adjust the sitting posture of the human body,optimize the calculation of the arrangement of the two Kinects.Using Camera calibration and ICP algorithm to complete the establishment of four human body surface models,and using template fitting,Procrustes,average and other algorithms to establish Chinese 50 th percentile body surface geometry model.3.Go to Xiangya Hospital to collect CT data of the head and neck of the four volunteers and lateral cervical radiograph.Extract the skull and cervical vertebrae geometric model from the CT data and import it into Geomagic fo r 3D reconstruction.Refer to X-ray data,using the least squares method and Rodrigues rotation formula,adjust the cervical vertebrae to the lordotic posture,and finally establish the 50 th percentile head and neck geometric model.4.The GHBMC-M50-OS simplified model which is used as baseline model was adjusted to the same position posture as the Chinese 50 th percentile body surface model.The mesh transformation technique based on the radial basis function was used to complete the transformation of the surface target model,and the target model was adjusted to Driving posture so that accomplishing.the Chinese 50 th percentile body surface finite element model The same mesh transformation method is used to establish the finite element model of the head and neck.The finite element model of the head and neck is positioned and spliced into the finite element model of the body surface to establish a Chinese 50 th percentile driving posture human finite element model with a precise head and neck structure.According to the dimensional accuracy analysis,after the averaging process and the mesh transformation,the geometric size error is basically controlled below 2mm,the model deformation is not large,the transformation result is reliable,the mesh quality is as good as the baseline model after the mesh transformation.and can be used to perform simulation calculations.
