In 2018,the Chinese reality television show "Idol Producer" had awaken the blue ocean of fan economy.It brought fan culture into the public's vision and constantly igniting the climax of public opinion.As a social media where you can share,spread and gain information,Sina Weibo becomes an important platform for fan activities due to its' convenience,immediacy,transmissibility and interactivitySina Weibo's Fan Group provides a direct exchange platform for the mass of fans.But according to the background data,the number of active users and active fan groups of the product is not optimistic.Many fans use WeChat,QQ,etc.to communicate on a daily base.In order to take advantage of Weibo platform,promote the interaction between fans and fans,stars and fans,and to increase the level of activity,the optimized design of Weibo Fan Group is necessary.The research topic of this thesis comes from the author's interaction design work of the Fan Group optimized design project during the internship in User Design Center(UDC)of Sina Weibo.The content of the thesis is organized according to the design process of the project,which adapts a product-centric design process.After analyzing the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the fan community,the target users were interviewed to clarify the user needs and core strengths of the product.Then,combined with the competitive product analysis,we determined the product direction and the corresponding growth indicators,and provided a complete design plan from the perspective of fans and stars.Through the design review,the designs were filtered and optimized,and we invited users to conduct usability testing on the developed prototypes and the minimum viable product.Finally,the design was published online in grayscale,and we used objective indicators to verify design effects and provided guidance to the subsequent iterative design.The thesis is based on the product-centric concept,and the whole process is rigorous and standardized.The design is from the perspective of the whole product,not limited to the user's perspective,which strives to invest the minimum resources to enhance the user experience and obtain the maximum value for the product.This thesis has certain reference value for products targeting the fan community or projects adapting product-centric design process.
