In recent years,the optimization of energy Internet configuration has achieved great achievements in theoretical research,and project construction is also in full swing.Existing research focuses on the energy Internet civil demand,considering few military applications of energy Internet research,under the background of the development strategy of civil-military integration,research which can meet the demand of civil and military wartime guarantee energy Internet system gradually highlights the strategic significance and realistic need.This paper focuses on the optimization of regional energy Internet configuration including military units,research mainly from the following aspects,and has made some progress.Firstly,we design a structure of energy Internet which include a military micro grid and several civil micro grids.Then introduce the basic concept of the system,emphasizeing the operation characteristics under different scenarios of the "normal" and "wartime".At last we establish the system of unit model.Secondly,the double-layer optimization model is established according to the system operation optimization objective.Upper level optimization uses multi-objective optimization model to achieve the optimization of system capacity configuration.The optimization goals include minimizing the system total cost during the planning period and "wartime" system total load removal cost.Lower level optimization establishes "usual" daily operation cost minimization and "wartime" daily load removal cost minimization two single objective optimization models for determining the system operating plan.Then,in view of the bi-level optimization model,evolutionary algorithm based on the preference of multi-objective optimization algorithm(PICEA-g)to solve the upper capacity allocation and genetic algorithm to solve the lower system operating problem is proposed,and the genetic algorithm embedded the(PICEA-g).Finally we put forward algorithm process and system simulation process.Last,a simulation case test the effective of model and algorithm proposed in this paper,configuration optimization results are validated by the simulation process and the feasibility of the operation optimization scheme,and through the analysis of the specific energy supply system results verify the validity of the configuration optimization and operation optimization.
