In order to make cassava alcohol wastewater be more energy and resource-based utilization.In this paper,firstly,the experiment of cassava alcohol wastewater anaerobic digestion(hydrogen production and methane production)was carried out by EGSB reactor,and through the optimal HRT obtained in the experiment,a two-phase EGSB hydrogen production and methane production system was constructed to treat cassava alcohol wastewater.According to the experimental process parameters,the single-phase EGSB hydrogen production process,the single-phase EGSB methane production process and the two-phase EGSB hydrogen production process were analyzed,and the three kinds of anaerobic processes were compared and analyzed.The experiment is carried out at(36±1)?and the results show that in the hydrogen production process of EGSB reactor when the average operating OLR of the reactor is81.09 kg/(m~3·d)the operation effect of the reactor is the best,the average COD removal rate is 34.83%,the average daily gas output is 24.27L,the average hydrogen content is 46.41%,and the average tank capacity is 7.35(m~3/(m~3·d),the HRT is6h,and the COD concentration of influent water is 20272mg/L.In the process of methane production in single phase EGSB reactor,when the average operating OLR of the reactor is 12.64kg/(m~3·d),the operation effect of the reactor is the best,the average COD removal rate is 95.73%,the average daily gas production is 27.42L,the average methane content is 54.05%,the average tank capacity gas production rate is 8.31(m~3/(m~3·d),the HRT is 1.7d,and the COD concentration of influent water is 21506mg/L.In the process of anaerobic hydrogen and methane production in two-phase EGSB reactor,the HRT of fixed hydrogen generation phase is 6h,the HRT of methane generation phase is 1.7d.When the average COD concentration of influent water of hydrogen generation phase is 20862mg/L,and the average OLR is 83.45kg/(m~3·d),the operation effect of two-phase hydrogen generation and methane generation system is the best,and in the hydrogen generation phase,the average COD removal rate is 34.28%,the average daily gas production rate is 23.64L,and the average pool capacity gas production rate is 23.64L,the average pool capacity gas production rate is 7.16(m~3/(m~3·d),the average hydrogen content is 46.68%;at this time,the average COD concentration of influent water in the corresponding methanogenic phase is 13863mg/L,the OLR is 8.96kg/(m~3·d),the average COD removal rate is 93.47%,the average daily gas production is 16.82l,the average tank capacity gas production rate is 5.1(m~3/(m~3·d),and the average methane content is55.8%.At this time,the average COD removal rate of the two-phase anaerobic process is 95.66%.In the treatment of cassava alcohol wastewater by single-phase EGSB hydrogen production process,single-phase EGSB methane production process and two-phase EGSB hydrogen and methane production process,the relationship between the energy conversion rate is that two-phase EGSB hydrogen and methane production process>single-phase EGSB methane production process>single-phase EGSB hydrogen production process;the energy conversion rate of two-phase anaerobic hydrogen and methane production process is 76.11%,which is 1.03 times of that of single-phase anaerobic methane production process 24.32 times of biological hydrogen production process.The results show that the two-phase EGSB anaerobic digestion process has the best performance in the treatment of cassava alcohol wastewater.
