With the development of urbanization,people's life has been gradually improved and urban' development has entered into fast track.However,in terms of children's entertainment,which has gradually moved out of people's sight,there is declining interest.Instead community greening and sports equipment was used to replace it and this cannot meet the actual needs of children.After investigation and research,children's entertainment places are important places to promote children's growth and development.They are of great help to improve children's physical fitness,develop children's brains,stimulate innovation and divergent thinking,especially they do help a lot in communicating with people.At present,children's entertainment places have showed major problems such as small venues,single equipment,simple functions,poor environments,and irrational design.Therefore,how to improve the environment of children's entertainment venues,increase the type of games,enrich the usage of venues,and optimize the natural environment to meet the needs of children's growth and promote the sustainable development of children's entertainment venues has become a more important issue for us now.This article takes this as a starting point and a foothold,combined with the current situation,introduces the modular concept into the design of children's entertainment venues,and builds a modular design system for children's entertainment venues.The modular constructions are conducive to the design and management of children's entertainment venues,and it is helpful to the establishment of a standardized,generalized,and modular type of children's entertainment venues databaseto achieve resource sharing.With the build of modularization,the specification of design standards,the improvement of construction efficiency,the save of construction costs have been facilitated.At the same time,it also facilitates maintenance and repair of future sites.Introducing the modular concept of industrial production and product manufacturing into the design of children's entertainment venues can be described as a new perspective and new thinking.For the design of children's entertainment venues,the author has done the following.The author analyses the factors that include the age,the physical and mental characteristics and psychological features to obtain the suitable age stage for the design of the children's entertainment venue module,which is good for the module area function division,module selection,and module combination.Second,this paper study the children's entertainment venues and the basic functions and game features of the children's entertainment place are obtained,which provides a feasible basis for the module design.Third,the module,concept,principles and characteristics have been analyzed,and this paper consults the application of the module in other fields,and provides the theoretical basis and treatment methods for the modular design of children's entertainment venues.Fourth,the concept of modularity is applied to the design of children's entertainment venues,and the place is divided into modules according to functions,characteristics,and types to build a modular design system for children's entertainment venues.The level of module decomposition is the basis for system construction and management.Modules are divided into first-level modules,second-level modules,third-level modules,...the final moduleand individual module,etc.,and each level serves the upper-level module.In this way,it is beneficial to the establishment and maintenance of the venue system,the module coding,and the modular database of children's entertainment venues.Fifth,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of modular performance in children's entertainment venues and provides a realistic way to build new ideas through case studies.
