Research On The Planning And Design Of Community Farm Garden Based On The Sustainable Philosophy Of Pumen

High-speed urban development is accompanied with some social problems,such as insufficient resources,ecological damage,survival pressure,indifferent human feelings and far away from the nature,and so on.All of these arouse people's yearning for the simple,straightforward and healthy pastoral life.The community plantation has the triple benefits of ecology,economy and society.Since it is developed,it is used as a measure to solve numerous social problems,thus it is widely practiced.However,there is still a lack of mature mode of development.Developing the sustainable philosophy of Pumen provides the global perspective and specifically detailed technical guidance for the plantation construction.On the basis of the sustainable philosophy of Pumen,the planning design study of the community plantation is conducted,obtaining the following research achievements:The sustainable philosophy of Pumen is conducted the systematic research from five aspects,including ethics,guiding principle,disciplinary knowledge,general approach,and social significance.By combining with five Pumen constructive cases,including agriculture in Cuba community,Shanghai Zhongcheng Zhigu train garden,Shanghai Chuangzhi plantation,Hong Kong Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden and Austrian Krameterhof farm,the lessons and improvements in the practice process are extracted from the nine aspects: rational division of position in each region,attention on the role of each element,utilization of animal resources,biological diversity,rejection of pesticides and chemical fertilizers,utilization of renewable energy sources,utilization of profitable wastes,rainwater collection,cyclic utilization,and endowment of social responsibility for the site.On the basis of theoretical and case studies,the planning design strategy of community plantation based on the sustainable philosophy of Pumen is summarized and elaborated from seven perspectives,including base investigation,zoning plan,mode imitation,ecological construction,utilization of substances and energy,building design,“joint development,shared governance,and sharing”.Last but not the least,“Wawa plantation” in Changsha Yiyuan community is conducted transformation design of Pumen to prove the feasibility of planning design strategy of community plantation based on the sustainable philosophy of Pumen.This paper takes the community environment as the background to carry on the research of Pumen plantation.it is hoped that the research model can be promoted to change the rigid appearance of conventional community environment and improve the experience and participation of community environment on the premise of ecological and economic feasibility.
