Research On Regeneration Design Of Abandoned Industrial Land In West Area Of Lanzhou General Machinery Plant

Industrial wasteland is a historical problem left over from the development of human social production,especially since modern times,due to industrial upgrading,ecological environmental protection and other reasons,China has a large number of factories,mines,equipment,buildings that have stopped production.These industrial relics are faced with the fate of being abandoned and dismantled in the state of losing their original functions.It is worth studying and discussing how to transform it through reasonable and creative design.This paper takes the research content of the regeneration design of industrial waste land as the research content,through understanding the relevant knowledge of industrial waste land,analyzes the excellent cases of regeneration design at home and abroad,studies the application of different design methods,and provides the train of thought guidance for the design practice.In the process of design practice,first of all,the history,location,present situation and value of the west area of Lanzhou General Machinery Factory are investigated,and its function is changed into an artistic and cultural experience center with strong industrial culture and high popular participation after comprehensive analysis;secondly,the regeneration design is completed according to the new function orientation of the west area,and the system analysis is carried out from three parts: landscape environment,architectural modeling and internal space.Through the concept design practice of the abandoned land in the west area of Lantong Plant,the following enlightenment can be obtained: the regeneration design should respect the modified body;the regeneration design should grasp the design scale well;and the "activation" in the regeneration design is the purpose of the design.
