With the continuous development of instrument bus technology and the complexity of automatic test systems,instruments are gradually developing towards portability,modularity,and networking.The instrument with LXI bus technology uses the current mature and efficient Ethernet technology,which provides great efficiency and convenience for instrument development and the establishment of a networked automatic test system.Therefore,the development of an interface for network programmable instrument with LXI function has great significance and value.This subject takes the LXI bus standard as a guide and the transponder test equipment as a verification platform to explore and discuss the design and implementation process of the program-controlled interface of the transponder test equipment conforming to the LXI Class C standard.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The thesis completes the overall design of the interface module and build the embedded system.It designs each part of the software function according to the demand.At the same time,the system utilizes STM32 microcontroller as the embedded platform and transplants the ?C/OS-III operating system.Finally,the network communication function is realized by accessing the W5500 Ethernet controller.2.The thesis realizes the discovery function of network instruments.By researching the VXI-11 protocol and RPC technology principles,the design and implementation of RPC service program in this embedded system are completed.What's more,the network instrument automatic discovery function based on VXI-11 protocol is realized.3.The thesis accomplishes the design of the SCPI program-controlled command set and command parser.According to the grammatical format and characteristics in the SCPI specification,the design of SCPI program control command set combines with the function of the transponder test equipment.At the same time,the design and implementation of the command parser are completed with the idea of hierarchical block storage and multi-level index search.4.The thesis actualizes the function of the browser webpage to access the instrument.In this embedded system,the analysis and response of the Web server to the HTTP protocol are achieved,and the relevant webpage is designed on the basis of the LXI instrument standard.Meanwhile,the thesis realizes the webpage access to the transponder test equipment.This subject utilizes the transponder test equipment as the verification platform to complete the design and implementation of the network program control interface,so that the instrument has the function of complying with the LXI C standard.Furthermore,the function modules of each part are tested and verified,and the test results meet the requirements of the subject.
