Bench blasting is widely used in mining,municipal and other engineering fields.The bench blasting affected by many factors,involving a wide range of coverage and the identification of hazard sources is difficult to achieve systematic and comprehensive,resulting in frequent blasting accidents.it is of great significance to carry out the safety evaluation of bench blasting to prevent blasting safety accidents and provide effective preventive measures.At the same time,the bench blasting safety evaluation management system based on information technology has important practical value.This paper has achieved the following research results:(1)Combining with the bench blasting construction process,the basic theory of safety engineering and the accident tree analysis method and the causal analysis method is used to analysis the bench blasting accident,quantitative analysis is carried out.The minimum cut set and structural importance of the accident tree are calculated,and the dangerous and harmful factors affecting the bench blasting are found out.According to the identified hazard source,In the process of establishing the evaluation system,combined with actual selection of three criterias layer such as blasting management,blasting design and blasting construction,the bench blasting safety evaluation system was constructed by selecting 15 factors layer such as safety responsibility system and safety training.(2)Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,the mathematical model of bench blasting safety evaluation is established.The large trapezoidal distribution in F distribution is selected as the membership degree.The function calculates the membership degree of the corresponding evaluation index,obtains the evaluation matrix,selects the weighted average type fuzzy operator,and obtains the safety level of the bench blasting engineering according to the principle of maximum membership degree through fuzzy transformation.(3)In order to realize the dynamic analysis of each evaluation index in bench blasting,the theory of set pair analysis is introduced.Based on the established evaluation index system,a bench blasting safety evaluation model based on multi-connection number is constructed.Based on the five-element tree analysis,we can get The static risk situation of each evaluation index,based on the partial linkage number analysis,can obtain the dynamic risk trend of each evaluation index,and realize the static evaluation and dynamic prediction of each evaluation index.(4)In order to comprehensively consider the randomness and ambiguity of each evaluation index in the bench blasting,the cloud theory is introduced to establish a bench blasting safety evaluation cloud model.Using matlab software as the platform,the standard cloud is first established and the numerical eigenvalues of the cloud model indicators are calculated.Then,the certainty of each evaluation index is determined,and finally the comprehensive determination degree of the bench blasting is obtained,and the safety level of the bench blasting is determined according to the principle of maximum membership degree.(5)Based on Visual Basic 6.0 and Acess database,the bench blasting safety evaluation system is developed,conduct safety evaluation work.By comparing and analyzing the results of the three models,the three evaluation models complement each other,three evaluation models complement each other and The evaluation results are in satisfactory agreement with the engineering practice.
