The author's research team independently developed a kind of bidirectional impulse electromagnet,this kind of electromagnet has the characteristics of low energy consumption,large driving force,fast response,relatively small mass and volume and passive self-preservation at both sides.It can be used as a driving component in the automatic control system of aerospace,automobile and other fields with high performance requirements,and has good application prospects.In order to better promote this kind of electromagnet and solve the problem of performance testing,it is necessary to further develop the corresponding testing system.This paper mainly studies the testing system of bidirectional impulsed electromagnet,focusing on solving the test problem of coexistence of permanent magnet force and electromagnetic force in this kind of electromagnet.It can complete the test of retaining force and starting force at different positions and partial dynamic response test.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The scheme design of the test system has been completed.The performance characteristics of bidirectional impulsed electromagnet are analyzed,and the test requirements are determined.Based on the traditional design of testing system and the unique performance characteristics of the bidirectional impulse electromagnet,a test system is designed,which is mainly based on LabVIEW,digital signal processor TMS320F2812 and linear servo motor.With the linear servo motor as the simulated load,the structure of the test system is obviously simplified.(2)The design and selection of the hardware part of the testing system for bidirectional impulsed electromagnet have been completed.It includes the design of the mechanical structure of the test bench,the application of digital signal processor?linear servo motor?sensor and so on.(3)The design of the software part of the testing system for bidirectional impulsed electromagnet has been completed.The program design of measurement and control module is completed based on DSP,the program design of Ethernet communication module is completed based on Winpcap,and the program design of human-machine interaction module is completed based on LabVIEW.(4)The actual test is completed by using the designed testing system.After debugging the hardware and software and setting up the whole testing system,the prototype of thebidirectional impulse electromagnet is tested according to a certain test flow,and the performance data of the electromagnet are analyzed to verify its superior performance.
