In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the national construction industry to the modernization direction of the green building and construction industry,as an important part of the industrialization of the building,the prefabricated concrete building is often required to achieve a certain precast or assembled ratio in the development planning and policy of the construction industry.But the impact of the assembly scheme of the assembled concrete building on sustainable level is not fully considered.In order to solve the above problem,the idea of evaluating the sustainability of the prefabricated concrete building from the perspective of assembly scheme was put forward.Based on the requirements of the national construction industry development strategy,a scientific and rational sustainable evaluation method of assembly scheme for assembly concrete building was established.On this basis,the decision support system of assembly scheme for assembly concrete building was developed,which provided decision support for the formulation of the industrial policy of the prefabricated concrete building and the choice of assembly scheme for assembly concrete building.In this paper,the selection of assembly scheme,the establishment of sustainable evaluation index system for assembly scheme,the research of decision-making method for assembly scheme and the development of decision support system for assembly scheme are discussed.First,based on a large number of actual case data analysis,the possible prefabrication scope of the components of the assembly scheme and the components of the prefabricated parts is established.Secondly,the traditional technical and economic requirements are considered together with the whole life cycle and the concept of sustainable development.The concept of rough set is introduced,and a set of scientific and reasonable assembly scheme sustainable evaluation index system is established from the three dimensions of economy,society and environment.The combination of matrix,conditional information entropy and statistical analysis of actual historical case data removes redundant indicators and determines the weights of each attribute in the indicator system.Which ensures the effectiveness of the evaluation index system and effectively reduces the scale of evaluation indicators and improves the evaluation efficiency.Thirdly,BP neural network-based assembly scheme decision-making method was established,and the hybrid orthogonal concept was used to construct including construction cost,construction period,maintenance cost,employee health and safety,community interference,building energy efficiency,construction waste and material consumption.The decision-making model including the eight key evaluation indicators realizes the optimization decision of the assembly scheme.Finally,the assembly decision support system based on the four-part three-library structure system is designed.The system implementation is realized by the LabVIEW software platform and MATLAB hybrid programming method.The validity and practicability of the decision support system are illustrated according to the actual case.
